I bought it to replace my old non-HD four-camera system in order to get better picture quality and more advanced features. My house has a brick exterior on all sides with several windows, and all the cameras are installed outdoors. When setting up the new system, I encountered some challenges with weak signal strength due to the brick walls, but this was resolved by using a camera antenna extender for one camera and an IPC router to send the signal from the two cameras in my carport to the NVR through a window. This solution seems to have addressed the signal issue. The customer support team was easy to reach and quick to respond with helpful advice and options (via email), even providing the antenna extension I needed at no cost. I must mention that my old security cameras never needed any signal-enhancing devices, even though they were installed in the same locations as the new ones. The pros include excellent picture quality (much better than my old system), and the operating system (e.g., viewing, copying to a flash drive, and other features) is much improved. On the downside, the user manual could be better, as many of the illustrations are hard to read without a magnifying glass and proper lighting. Also, each camera has an unsightly 12" white wire hanging from it (for camera pairing, etc.), which is quite difficult to hide. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my new security camera system and would recommend it to a friend.

I bought the set of four cameras with an NVR. Installation was simple and the system works excellently as described, with sharp image quality. Its important to carefully follow the setup instructions. Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive.

We got the eight-camera system for our daycare. It's one of the easiest and best systems Ive ever installed. The instructions were clear and straightforward. About a year and a half after installation, it stopped working. I tried everything to fix it, but then I remembered I could reach out to the company. I sent an email, and within 24 hours, I got a response. They asked a couple of questions about which system I had, and then they sent me troubleshooting steps. Sure enough, I was able to fix it myself.

I bought this as a Christmas gift after our previous camera system failed, and it turned out to be an excellent purchase. The cameras, apps, and NVR were all set up in under an hour and a half, especially since I didn't need to connect each camera individually to the NVR. The daytime video quality was excellent, but I was particularly impressed by the night vision. Ive had other systems claim to have high-quality night vision, but unless there were lights nearby, they were poor. This systems night vision is outstandingcrisp, clear images even in complete darkness. I can easily recognize faces and even freeze the image to zoom in and clearly read license plates. The system found my WiFi automatically, and there were other connection options like Ethernet (the cable was included). The camera cords are about 4 feet long, which is decent. I also appreciate the reset button on the cameras, which could come in handy if they ever freeze. With 1TB of storage, I won't need to wipe recordings for six months to a year depending on usage. Overall, everything has worked perfectly and exceeded my expectations. While I can hear audio through the cameras, they are not two-way, but the motion alert settings are very precise and adjustable. Highly recommended.
